The Darkest Hour
Alpha 1.3

• Changed the way armor works in damage reduction. The reason for this initial change was to fix a bug (mentioned later)
• Nerfed the Scummy Murderer's health and damage
• Nerfed the Necromancer Leader's damage (in the Necro Camp in Ankou's Forest)
• However, the Necro Leader's health received a major buff.
• The System Bell now sounds every time the player levels up!

• Fixed a bug that caused the game that caused to crash when loading Ankou's Forest
• Fixed a bug that kept the constable office from appearing in Ankou
• Fixed a bug that had ever part of Ankou's Forest having an option to port back to town
• Fixed a bug in the Watertown Forest Entrance, where the backwards option was the narrow path of the forest instead of the clearing right outside the door of the tower
• Fixed a bug where Krea wouldn't give her quest text properly (Ankou Constable Office)
• Fixed a bug where the player couldn't progress to the master bedroom in the Murderer's Shack
• Fixed a bug where the player couldn't move from the cooking area to the eating area of the necromancer camp
• Fixed a bug where the straight path 2 was connected to itself instead of straight path one
• Fixed a bug that caused the Ankou Forest to appear before the player got the quest to locate the necromancer camp
• Fixed a bug that caused forest right 3 and forest right 2 didn't connect to each other (backwards)
• Fixed a connection bug between forest right 1 and straight path 2
• Fixed a bug that caused the Necromancer Leader to never officially die. The player was stuck killing him and not unlocking the scripted events after the leader's death
• The player's armor was becoming greater than mob damage, causing negative damage against the player from non boss mobs. This caused non boss mobs to heal the player instead of damaging the player. This bug has been fixed due to the above mentioned rewrite of the armor formula
• Fixed a bug that caused picking up the necromancers journal not to work with no portal back to town appearing and Krea didn't register the fact the player picked it up.
• Fixed a bug that stopped the player's energy from resetting on level up
• Fixed a bug for levels 1-5 helmets rolling out of range and getting blank items
